We are looking for a results-driven individual that will actively seek out and engage customer prospects along with growing relationships and sales with new and existing customers. A vast knowledge of the Construction industry is a must.
Requirements:
- Understanding profit and loss and the drive to ensure profits are made without compromising morals.
- Knowledge of the Construction field
- Ability to scope out, plan, estimate, and sell Repairs and Renovation jobs. Qualified candidates must understand all components needed to complete the job from start to finish making the job seamless and profitable.
- Obtaining new customers and maintenance contracts
- Continuation of selling to our existing customers maintaining relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell jobs and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Spec out, estimate, and layout new projects. (Must have knowledge in the operations of construction Industry)
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $150,000.00+ per year
